The Kehrer Team’s roots trace back to 2003, built on a strong foundation of construction knowledge and a commitment to exceptional service. Our journey began when our founding member entered the real estate industry and quickly made an impact, earning “Rookie of the Year” from the local Real Estate Board in 2004, his first full year as an agent. He had earned the distinction the year prior as well, but the award required a full year in the business.

With more than 30 years of construction experience at the start, that expertise became a cornerstone of how we serve our clients and support our team.

In June 2015, that foundation strengthened even further when Jason (Jay) Kehrer joined, bringing his own 20+ years of construction background. Together, the team has shaped a culture that goes beyond sales, one built on craftsmanship, authenticity, and truly understanding properties from the ground up.
